PROFILE - Audrey Sermadiras Sormani-Dasse

Today we're taking you on a (virtual) journey to meet 😉 ) of our sparkling ambassador Audrey, who lives near Limoges. ✨

Who are you? Describe yourself in a few words:

My name's Audrey, I'm 26, I'm normal height, I've got green eyes and I'm blonde with straight hair. Oh yes, and I forgot, I'm also fun and nice! 😉

When and how did you start CrossFit®?

I started Crossfit in 2016 following a competition offered by my box to win two months of physical preparation. I thought it was cool for me (at the time I was doing track and field) and then the days and months went by and eventually I never stopped.

What role does sport play in your life today?

A lot! I think and live sport even if a Rest Day is also good.

Why did you agree to join Resilience Skill as an ambassador?

Apart from the fact that the clothes are really top-notch, I love the ideas that the brand exudes and the word resilience suits me well.

What are your future projects or desires?

Love and enjoy sport. I'd like to try powerlifting or competitive weightlifting alongside Crossfit.
