We attach real importance to the delivery time of your orders and to the reactivity of their processing. You'll find all the information you need about delivery below. Don't hesitate to contact us if the answer to your question is not there.
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (working days). We may have slightly longer lead times when traveling to events and competitions.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver anywhere in mainland France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Ireland, Italy, Reunion Island, Luxembourg, Martinique, Norway, New Caledonia, Portugal and Switzerland.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary according to the carrier and the destination of the parcels. They are given as an indication, as unfortunately we cannot control the hazards of the various carriers.
- Mondial Relay (France and Belgium): 3 to 6 working days
- Colissimo France: 48h
- Colissimo Europe: 3 to 4 working days
- Colissimo Outremer: 5 to 6 working days

Do you offer free delivery?
For orders over €100, delivery is free with Mondial Relay.
Relay point delivery
The mondial relay delivery rate is €5 for France and Belgium. When you choose your delivery method, you can select the relay point of your choice on the map. You have 15 days to collect your parcel beforeit is returned to us.
If your relay is closed during delivery, Mondial Relay will drop off your parcel at another relay nearby.
Colissimo delivery
Colissimo rates vary according to the destination of the parcel and its weight. Your parcel will be delivered to your home against signature. If you're not available at the time of delivery, you can pick it up at your local post office. To avoid parcel theft, we prefer not to leave parcels in letterboxes.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
When you place an order on our site, you'll receive an e-mail when your parcel is picked up by the carrier. This e-mail includes a link enabling you to track the progress of your parcel.
What should I do if I still haven't received my order within the stated delivery time?
In the first instance, you can try calling the carrier with your tracking number to find out what's going on , or you can contact our customer service team, who will take care of finding answers and solutions.
