Delivery
We're a small company, and we're committed to offering our customers a pleasant shopping experience, including delivery costs. We've kept our prices as low as possible to enable you to enjoy your orders to the full, while absorbing some of the real costs we pay to the carriers. This enables us to offer you competitive and affordable rates, adapted to each delivery zone.
However, it's important to note that we depend on carriers to deliver your packages. Unfortunately, most carriers are not always careful, and there may be delays or problems in transit. We do our best to pack your orders with care and to minimize impact, but some things are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
Order processing times
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours. The team works from Monday to Friday and does not process orders on weekends or public holidays. This means that an order placed on Friday afternoon will be processed the following Monday at the earliest.
During certain periods such as Christmas, sales, Black Friday or summer, delivery times may be slightly extended due to heavy traffic or the subcontractors used by the carriers. We invite you to be patient a little longer during these periods.
When we are away for events or competitions, processing times may also be extended. In this case, a notification will be displayed in your basket before you place your order. We thank you for your understanding: our team is small and cannot manage both orders and events on site.

Relay point delivery
If you choose to have your parcel delivered to a "point relais", it is important that you collect it within 8 days of it being made available. After this period, the parcel will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
In this case, if you require a new shipment, the cost of reshipment will be billed to you.
When picking up your order at a relay point, please remember to bring your pick-up code, which will be sent to you by email or SMS. If you don't choose a pick-up point when you place your order, we'll automatically select the nearest one to your address, giving preference to those with a wide range of opening hours or lockers.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Before finalizing your order, please check your delivery address carefully. If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided, the parcel may not be delivered and will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, you will be liable for the full cost of return shipment.
We cannot modify an address once the parcel has been shipped. Please ensure that all information is correct before confirming your order.
In case of absence during home delivery
For Colissimo deliveries, if you are absent at the time of delivery, you can schedule a new attempt or collect your parcel from the nearest post office. If the parcel is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to our warehouse. A new shipment will be possible, but the cost will be at your expense.
Order tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This link enables you to track your parcel in real time on the carrier's website. If you don't receive this email, please check your spam folder.
What to do if delivery is late?
he delivery times indicated are estimates based on information provided by the carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. During busy periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday or summer, delivery times may be extended.
If your parcel does not arrive on time, please allow a few extra days for delivery. Carriers may experience temporary delays.
If, after a further week, you still haven't received your order, here's how to proceed:
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to request more information.
- If the carrier asks you to go through us, contact our customer service department so that we can open a dispute and try to locate your package.
Please note that Resilience Skill is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. All delivery times are given in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). International duties and taxes
How are customs duties and taxes calculated?
Customs duties and import taxes are determined by the authorities of the destination country.
They generally depend on :
- The declared value of your order (price of items + shipping costs).
- The type of product (sportswear, in our case).
- Local taxes (such as VAT) and any customs duties specific to the product.
When you order on our site, we enclose a detailed commercial invoice with your parcel so that the customs authorities can calculate these charges accurately.
VAT and international orders :
For countries outside the European Union: We do not charge French VAT (20%) on your orders. Your order is therefore invoiced exclusive of tax (HT). VAT and any customs duties will be collected directly by the authorities in your country. This ensures total transparency and complies with current regulations.
For European Union countries: Orders are subject to 20% French VAT, in accordance with current European regulations. This amount is included directly in the price of your items.
What customs charges can I expect in my country?
Switzerland :
Exemption threshold: No VAT or customs duties for orders under 65 CHF (approx. 60 €).
VAT: 7.7% on the total value of the order (products + shipping costs).
Administrative costs: Swiss Post: 11 CHF (10 €).
French overseas departments and territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, etc.) :
Less than €30 : No customs duties or dock dues (generally exempt for small orders).
VAT and Octroi de Mer:
Local VAT: Between 8.5% and 13%, depending on the territory (e.g. Reunion, 8.5%, Martinique, 13%).
Octroi de mer: Generally between 4% and 15% for clothing, but this depends on the product.
Additional regional Octroi de Mer: +2.5% to +3.5%, depending on the region.
Cumulative taxes : These charges are in addition to local VAT.
United States :
Exemption threshold: No customs duties or taxes for orders under $800.
VAT/Local taxes: Varies by state. Some regions apply no tax (e.g. Delaware), while others apply a local tax of up to 8-10%.
Administrative fees : UPS: Between $15 and $25 (€14 to €23).
Canada :
Exemption threshold: No exemption. Customs duties and VAT are applied to all orders.
VAT: 5% (federal) + provincial VAT (e.g. 10% in Quebec, for a total of 15%).
Administrative costs : UPS: Between 15 CAD and 30 CAD (10 to 20 €).
United Kingdom:
Exemption threshold: No VAT on orders under £135 (approx. €155). Above this, VAT is charged on the total value of the order.
VAT: 20% for clothing.
Administration costs: Royal Mail: £8 to £15 (€9 to €18) / UPS: £15 to £20 (€18 to €23).
Japan:
Exemption threshold: No customs duties or VAT for orders under JPY 10,000 (approx. €65).
VAT: 10% on total value (products + shipping costs).

I order in euros, but is that a problem if I don't live in Europe?
Not at all! The conversion is done automatically via your bank or payment method (such as PayPal). You'll see the amount in your local currency at the time of payment, or on your bank statement.
