How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (working days). We may have slightly longer lead times when traveling to events and competitions.

We deliver anywhere in mainland France and French overseas departments and territories, and throughout Europe.

You can choose the pickup or relay point of your choice on the map. If you don't choose a pickup point, we'll default to the one closest to your home and with the longest delivery times. You have 8 days to collect your parcel before it is returned to us. Please note that we will charge you for returning your parcel. It may happen that your relay is closed at the time of delivery, mondial relais will drop off your parcel at another relay nearby.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
When you place an order on our site, you'll receive an e-mail when your parcel is picked up by the carrier. This e-mail includes a link enabling you to track the progress of your parcel.
What should I do if I still haven't received my order within the stated delivery time?
In the first instance, you can try calling the carrier with your tracking number to find out what's going on , or you can contact our customer service team, who will take care of finding answers and solutions.
Please note that Resilience Skill is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
Delivery times are given in working days, after your package has been dispatched. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 working hours for your order to be processed.
