Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You do not need to register on our site to place an order. You can place orders in guest mode.

However, an account is used to :

  • Keep a history of your orders for returns and refunds
  • Download your invoices
  • See your gift card balance
  • Register your details for future orders

Forgotten my password?

Don't panic, you can reset your password with your e-mail address on the "my account" tab when you log in.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

If you no longer wish to receive our e-mail communications, simply click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the e-mail you receive and we will remove you from our mailing list.

How do I delete my customer account?

If you wish to delete your customer account, please contact us using the e-mail address you used to register.

Can I reserve an item?

It is not possible to reserve an item. Adding an item to the shopping cart does not constitute a reservation. To be sure to receive your items, we invite you to place an order as soon as possible or to add an email alert to be notified when an item is back in stock.

The item I want is no longer in stock, can I pre-order it?

It is possible to pre-order certain items even if they are no longer in stock. Please note that if one of the items in your basket appears as "available to order", your order will be dispatched when it is complete. This will extend your delivery time.

How can I find out when stock is back in stock?

Not all models are always back in stock, depending on our suppliers' stock levels and demand. To keep up to date with the latest restocking, sign up for our newsletter. To find out if a model will be back soon, write to us.

How to choose your size?

Garment sizes are designed to correspond to the usual French sizes. On each product sheet, you'll find size information, measurements of the mannequin and a link to our size guide.

Where are your products made?

Designs and graphics are created by us in Vendée. Fabrics are manufactured and assembled in Europe or Asia, depending on the model. Printing is carried out in France.

Is there a store where you can try out and buy your products?

For the moment, we don't have a physical store. We may be present at CrossFit® competitions with a stand to present our collections, where you can try on and buy our products.

Personalization

Are the customized Resilience Skill products sold in my gym the same as those sold online?

The products you find online are the same as those made and customized for your gym. Quality and sizes are similar.

Do you make custom T-shirts for competitions?

If you have a vector file (logo, writing...) contact us! We'll study your request and get back to you with our proposal if your project is feasible.
