Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you don't have to create an account to place an order. You can use the guest mode and fill in only the information you need to finalize your purchase.

However, creating an account gives you several advantages:

  • Easily manage your orders: a complete history to track your purchases, consult your invoices and manage returns or refunds.
  • Access your invoices at any time: If an email doesn't reach you (spam, errors), all your invoices are accessible from your customer area.
  • Save your details: Simplify future orders by saving your delivery address or payment details.
  • Retrieve unfinished orders: If you interrupt an order or don't have your credit card ready, you can retrieve it and complete it later.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you are unable to log in, use the "Forgot password" function on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your e-mail address. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team, who will be able to send you a reset link manually.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

We send very few marketing emails. If you no longer wish to receive our communications, simply click on the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of our emails. It will take effect immediately.

How do I delete my customer account?

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us via the email address used for registration. We will process your request within 7 working days. Please note: this action is irreversible.

Can I reserve an item?

No, it is not possible to reserve an item. Adding a product to your basket does not guarantee its availability, as it remains accessible to other buyers until the order has been finalized.

Why are certain items not always available in stock?

We understand that some of our customers love our products and want to find them regularly, but it can happen that some items are out of stock.
Here's why:

At Resilience Skill, every product is handcrafted with care and precision. Each print is applied by hand, one by one, and each T-shirt requires an average of four different prints. This takes time and attention to detail, especially with a small team like ours. We do our utmost to produce sufficient stock while maintaining the exceptional quality for which we are renowned.

At the same time, we have chosen to avoid overstocking for ethical and ecological reasons. We don't practice fast fashion: our aim is to produce pieces that sell without creating unnecessary surplus. This limits waste, but also ensures that each piece finds its owner.

Restocking is therefore organized according to sales and demand. If a model is not restocked, it's often because it's selling at a limited rate. In this case, we prefer to allocate our resources to the creation of new collections that will better meet the expectations of our community.

What should I do if an item is no longer in stock?

If an item or size is out of stock, it is unfortunately not possible to reserve or pre-order it. However, to be informed as soon as the item is available again, you can activate an email alert directly on the product page. Simply select the desired size and enter your email address. As soon as the item is back in stock, you'll receive an automatic notification.

All information collected in this context is strictly limited to the sending of this alert and will not be used for any other purpose.

Stock return dates vary according to demand and availability from our suppliers. Some collections are limited in time and are not always restocked. If an item is not back in stock, it means that it is part of our short-lived models and has been replaced by a new collection. If you have any specific questions about a product, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How to choose the right size?

The notion of "right size" can vary from person to person. Some prefer to wear their clothes loose-fitting for greater comfort, while others like tight-fitting, close-fitting clothes. This is why the ideal size is specific to each individual and can be difficult to estimate universally.

At Resilience Skill, we design our garments to match the usual French sizing standards. Each model is tested by our team in real-life conditions, including CrossFit® training sessions, to guarantee fit and practicality. On each product sheet, we do our best to indicate whether an item fits large, small or normal, depending on its specific features.

To help you choose, we provide several tools on our product pages:

  • The measurements of the models: their height and weight allow you to situate yourself in relation to them. However, we know that a similar weight or height doesn't necessarily mean the same build or morphology.
  • A size guide with garment dimensions: these indications allow you to compare the measurements with the clothes you already own.

Note that some information in the size guide may not be updated systematically, as each collection or model may vary slightly.

Where are your products made?

At Resilience Skill, every step of the manufacturing process is carefully thought out and carried out to guarantee quality products, while respecting our values of ethics and transparency.

The design and graphics of our products are created entirely in-house by our team. Jennifer and Tiffany, our talented graphic designers, not only take care of the visual design, but also participate in the development of certain models. Each design reflects our vision and commitment to the sporting community.

Sewing and garment assembly vary according to the model. We work with workshops in Europe and Asia, selected for their expertise and know-how. We pay particular attention to working conditions in these companies, and ensure that they meet high ethical standards, even for those located in Asia.

The motifs and graphics are printed in France by French companies. This guarantees an impeccable finish, optimum quality and total safety in terms of the materials and products used.

Finally, the prints are applied in our workshop by our in-house production team. Each garment is hand-printed, one print after another, with care and precision. Each product requires an average of four prints, a testament to the care and craftsmanship that go into each piece.

Do you have a physical store or resellers?

No, all our products are available exclusively on our online site. We have no physical stores or retailers, either in France or internationally. However, we are present at some CrossFit® competitions, where you can try out and buy our products directly on site.
Personalization

Do you customize for private customers?

We offer customization only for professionals or individuals wishing to place large orders (clubs, competitions, etc.). We don't do one-off customization.

Are products customized by Resilience Skill available on your site?

No, customized products are reserved for partner gyms and are not available on our website. If you have a problem or question about a product purchased through a gym, we recommend you contact the retailer directly. We do not handle after-sales service for customized products sold by our partners.
Gift cards

How does your gift card program work?

Our gift cards are a great way to give a personalized gift while leaving the choice of product up to the recipient. Here's everything you need to know about them:

  • Available amounts: Gift cards are available in several predefined amounts on our website. You can also choose a personalized amount to suit your budget.
  • Format: Gift cards are sent exclusively by email. We do not offer postal delivery. This allows you to receive the card quickly and offer it without delay.
  • Use: They can be used in one or more instalments until the available balance is used up. The amount remaining can be consulted directly from your customer account.
  • Validity: Gift cards purchased on our website are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, they can no longer be used.

What should I do if I have a problem with a gift card?

If you have a problem with your gift card, please contact our customer service department. Here's how we can help:

  • Cancelled order: If you have used a gift card for an order but do not finalize payment or cancel the order, the amount may remain debited temporarily. By contacting us, we can manually credit your card again.
  • Card not recognized: If the card doesn't work, check that you've entered the code correctly. If the problem persists, contact us so that we can check and resolve it.

Gift cards won during competitions

Gift cards won during competitions have specific conditions. Their period of validity may vary depending on the event. The expiration date is always indicated on the gift card. Make sure you use it before that date to avoid losing its balance.

Resale of gift cards

It is strictly forbidden to resell our gift cards won in competition, especially on platforms such as Vinted. If we detect that a gift card is offered for sale or purchased on a third-party platform, we will immediately render it null and void.

We actively monitor such practices and know exactly which gym or event a card has been distributed to. Any illegitimate resale will result in the cancellation of the gift card, which cannot be used, even by the purchaser.

Is the site available in several languages?

Yes, our site is currently translated into 7 languages to facilitate the experience of international customers. If your country's language isn't available, let us know and we'll look into the possibility of adding it.

Why don't you run regular promotions or coupon codes?

At Resilience Skill, we believe in fair pricing all year round. We don't run massive promotions (Black Friday, sales, etc.), because we aim to offer a quality product at a balanced price right from the start. Our customers can therefore buy our products with complete peace of mind, without waiting for discounts to give them good value for money.
