Behind the Scenes at Shooting Nordic Kingdom: A Day Full of Passion and Energy

On November 1, we had an intense and emotional day capturing the essence of our new Nordic Kingdom collection. The shoot took place at WeFit in Laval, and we'd like to extend our warmest thanks to Tristan and Coralie for their hospitality and generosity. They allowed us to use their space, including the group class room, to sublimate our creations in a setting that exudes athletic energy and determination.

Committed and Inspiring Ambassadors

For this shoot, we invited some exceptional people who embody the Resilience Skill values. Our guests included the Training Therapie team, with Thomas and Simon, as well as Laura from Wip and our incredible adaptive athlete, Anne Laure Coutenceau. Also present was Marie Poustomis, our strongest athlete in Laval, who took care of every detail to ensure that everything ran smoothly, taking care to provide breakfasts and snacks for everyone. A huge thank you to Marie for her energy and kindness throughout the day!

A Dedicated Team for a Successful Shooting

During this shoot, each member of our team played a key role in capturing the visuals for this collection. My photographer friend Quentin Delannoy took care of the atmospheric shots, immortalizing our athletes in action, whether inside or outside the Cross Training room. His talent and ability to bring out the energy and determination of our athletes produced powerful, authentic shots. For my part, I was in charge of studio shots against a white background to highlight every detail of the products on our e-commerce site.

Finally, for the first time, we were joined by our talented videographer, Tom JanVillemonteil, who has been with us since the beginning of our adventure. Tom captured videos of the entire day, illustrating the four worlds inspired by the Yggdrasil tree that we have imagined for the Nordic Kingdom collection. Thanks to him, we'll be able to share with you the deep and unique universe of this collection on video.

An Unforgettable Moment of Conviviality: The Step Class

Just before lunch, Marie had a surprise in store for us: a step class led by coach Nicolas. For us CrossFiters used to explosive movements, this class, which required coordination and rhythm, proved to be a real challenge! We laughed a lot, especially when we saw Thomas from Training Therapie excel on the step. It was a moment of conviviality that added a touch of lightness to an intense day.

A demonstration of strength and technique

In the afternoon, our ambassadors redoubled their efforts for more physical sessions: lifting tires, chains, muscle-ups... Everyone gave their best, and it was an honor to see Anne Laure Coutenceau, our adaptive athlete, perform muscle-ups with impressive mastery. Every photo and video captured shows the power and resilience of our athletes, in outfits designed to withstand all their challenges.

Closing of the Day and Gifts from the New Collection

The day ended with a collective tidy-up with the whole team and the athletes. We took the time to thank everyone for their commitment and good mood, and our athletes left with pieces from the new Nordic Kingdom collection. Everyone was delighted to be able to wear these new outfits, whether for their next training session or in their daily lives. It's a real pleasure to see our collection worn by those who embody our values so well.
