At Resilience Skill, our ambassadors are not just athletes wearing our clothes. They embody the very essence of the brand: authenticity, perseverance, respect, and resilience. Here , no one is selected for their number of followers. We choose people for what they represent in real life : their attitude, consistency, energy, and mindset.
This article is not intended to judge anyone.
Its sole purpose is to explain how we operate, in order to avoid misunderstandings and unrealistic expectations.
The role of a Resilience Skill Ambassador
Being an ambassador for Resilience Skill is not just about displaying a logo or posing for an Instagram photo. No, it goes far beyond that. It's about living our values every day. It means being true to yourself, facing every challenge with courage, getting back up after every fall, and keeping your feet on the ground, no matter how successful you are.
At our company, an ambassador represents an energy, a mindset, a way of being. Not a persona, not a facade. We love genuine people, those who move forward without needing to overdo it, those who inspire through their actions more than their words.
Take Antoine Hérault, for example: discreet but determined, he shines through what he does, not what he shows. And that's exactly the type of profile we like to highlight: solid, consistent, and deeply authentic athletes.
Building a Community of Trust
When I founded Resilience Skill, my goal was not simply to launch a clothing brand, but to create a close-knit community, united by deep values. I wanted to see the same solidarity that we find in CrossFit® come to life within our brand. Our ambassadors are not just representatives, they are a reflection of this community spirit.
Here, there are no impersonal forms or automated processes. Each ambassador is carefully selected, because I place a great deal of importance on the human aspect. I take the time to get to know people, listen to their stories, and understand what motivates them. I like to discover these profiles during competitions or spontaneous exchanges, because that's often where you feel the most sincerity. It's this authentic connection that makes all the difference and allows us to build a strong team for the long term.
Let's be clear: Resilience Skill is not a Portfolio
It is important to clarify one point: Resilience Skill is a small family business, and we cannot respond favorably to all partnership requests. Being an ambassador is not just a status: it implies a real relationship, mutual trust, and a sincere commitment over time. When we choose to support someone, it is never "automatic," and it is never a given.
A partnership remains a mutual commitment. When we bring someone onto the team, we offer real benefits (products, discounts, visibility, sometimes support on projects). This represents a cost for our company. That's why we choose people who also bring something to the table: visibility, credibility, energy, and the ability to promote the brand in an authentic way. It's not "free clothes on demand," it's a collaboration.
Many thanks to our Ambassadors: Une Famille Avant Tout
I'd like to take a moment to express my gratitude to those who are much more than ambassadors to me: you are friends and fellow adventurers.
Training Therapie, Thomas and Simon, you were by my side from the very first days. We met while I was doing my rehabilitation with Thomas, at a time when Resilience Skill was still being built. Your support from the start was invaluable, and I can't thank you enough for it.
To Marie and Lily, who were there even before the adventure began and have been faithful ever since we started out together; and to Lucas, whom I've watched grow up since he was 13, while I was 25 - today, you're still part of our family.
Liloo, our friendship of almost 20 years has spanned bodyjams, years and miles.
I'd also like to salute Anne-Laure, our adaptive athlete, an incredible woman who epitomizes resilience. You are an inspiration to us all. To Louise (my "Loulou" from Limoges), Marie-Anne in Brittany, and Myla, my little cat whom I met as a customer and with whom the current immediately passed.
To Isa and Luc in Eastern France, Eva and Geoffrey in Marseille, your support and loyalty mean a great deal to me.
Thanks also to Lucie and Audrey, Wip's daughters Laura and Lise, whom I met and fell in love with right from the start.
We recently welcomed Vanille and Arthur to La Réunion, and I'm delighted to have them with us. To Pierre Demule, my much-appreciated coach, Mathias, the kind-hearted firefighter from La Rochelle, and Maxime, a faithful companion since almost the beginning.
I'd also like to pay tribute to Thomas Piccard, our most resilient master athlete. Despite his many injuries, he's still out there on the tarmac, fighting with unfailing determination.
Last but not least, our little Pablo, TEEN CrossFit Games champion.
To each and every one of you, thank you. You are much more than ambassadors, you are the Resilience Skill family. It's thanks to you that this adventure takes on its full meaning. Together, we've built something beautiful, solid and authentic. Thank you for your loyalty, your commitment, and above all, for staying true to yourselves. You embody what Resilience Skill stands for: strength, authenticity and resilience.
We move forward with a very simple vision: prioritizing quality, consistency, and people. Our ambassadors are not just figureheads; they are people who share our values. If you really want to be part of the adventure, take the time to get to know us, talk to us, and build something real. At Resilience Skill, sincerity is what opens doors.
