I do not longer want this item. How long does it take to have a refund ?
If you do not like what you ordered, or if you changed your mind about it, you have 30 days to send it back to us.
The garment has to be in perfect condition, never worn, must be labeled and sent in its original packaging. You can use the original carton for shipping, or a clean and waterproof packaging.
NB: we will not accept any damaged item, incomplete packaging (label and original packaging) or a return after 30 days.
How long does it take during Christmas holidays?
All the orders placed between November 15th and December 31st can be returned untill January 31st to make sure you will please your loved ones. Enjoy !
Who pay for the transportation costs ?
Transportation costs for returns are your responsibility. You can use Mondial Relay, the prices start from 4,40€. If you parcel is light, you can also use La Poste (lettre suivie) starting from 2,16€.

Will you refund me the shipping costs ?
We cannot, since these costs were directly paid to the transportation company.
Can I exchange an item for another one ?
We do not allow that since we have very little stock. We suggest you to return the items you do not like for a refund, and then place a new order on our website.
Can I send Items from different orders in the same carton ?
Yes, but do not forget to put the order numbers inside ! Of course, all of the returned items must be within 30 days.
What do I do if you send me the wrong item or something I did not order ?
We made a mistake and we are sorry ! Contact us quickly and we will help you at our expense.
What can I do if I receive a damaged item ?
Take a picture and send it to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a return label for the damaged item, and will send you a brand new one after receiving it.
The item must still be labeled and never worn. Contact us as soon as possible, you also have 30 days in this situation.
NB : we do not accept damaged items that have been worn and without their labels. However, if you notice a premature wear despite taking good care of it, contact us so we can find a solution.
How long does it takes for the reimbursement ?
After receiving your parcel with the item(s) inside, we will send you an email to notify you. It will take up to one week to be visible on your account, depending on your bank.
Can we return an item bought on your stand or at a reseller's shop ?
All the items bought on our stand cannot be reimbursed or exchanged. Same goes for the resellers, you have to ask them directly and see their return policy.
You want to send your items back :
- Your items must be in the conditions in which you received them : clean, never worn, labeled and with its original packaging.
- You must send it back within the 30 days after delivery.
With mondial relay
- Use the original plastic sleeve or the shipping carton or a waterproof packaging of your choice and put your items you want to send back inside.
- Add your order number on a piece of paper inside.
- Go on Mondial Relay website and select the following pick up stores :
