How to place an order through our website ?
- Choose the items you like, select your size and then add it to your shopping cart. Repeat the process as many times as you want to buy all the products you like.
- Then, you will find your order summary in the virtual shopping cart. You can choose to add more items or delete some.
- Once done, you can continue to the next order validation step.
- Fill your contact details and select the delivery method you want (at home delivery or choose a parcel pickup point) before continuing to the payment step (only by credit card).
- Once the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation mail with all the order details. Another mail will be sent once your order is shipped from our workshop.
Can I get my order wrapped in a gift wrap ?

How can I change or cancel my order ?
Contact us as soon as you can to make sure we can change your order or cancel it before shipping. You will therefore be partially or fully reimbursed according to the change you want to make.
If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to make changes.
You have 30 days to return items and ask to be reimbursed. Shipping costs will be at your expenses.
To avoid extra shipping costs and if you are sure you do not want the products you ordered anymore, you can refuse the delivery so the parcel will be sent back to us.
WARNING : only brand new items, never worm and with tags on will be accepted and refund. More information on the page returns and refunds.
I have not received the mail confirming my order.
Check if your email is entered correctly in your customer account. If it is not the case, you can modify it there. If you cannot find your order summary in your customer account, you can check the status of your order, sometimes the payment has failed.
Check your spams in your inbox and make sure you save our email adress in your contacts.

You have discount codes ?
We offer -10% on your first order, with no minimum purchase. Products on sales are listed on our outlet page.

Which means of payment can I use on your website ?
We only accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard).
We do not accept Paypal payments due to excessive costs.
Is my online payment safe ?
We use a payment module from our bank the CIC, that wil ask you for dual authentication on your phone to confirm your payment.
How can I get an invoice ?
You will automatically receive your invoice by email when your order will be shipped. In case of an incorrect email adress, you still can find your invoice in your customer account.
Do you accept credit card payment on the stands during events ?
You can pay by card or by cash, with no minimum purchase.
